I first learned of Chris Johnson years ago when visiting with a neighbor and mentioned I was wanting a metal roof installed on my house. I said that I had called a few listings in the yellow pages but none had called back. My neighbor said, "call Chris Johnson". He went on to say that Chris had done some extensive remodeling for him and that he would recommend him to anyone. I called Chris that same evening and he was at my house the very next day. He and his crew did my metal roof. The old roof was a mess, several areas very challenging, but he was able to correct these old defects, leaving me with a roof that has never shown a problem. Later I contracted him for seamless guttering, and re-roofing a rental house. And most recently he installed vinyl siding on my house, that was three years ago. I recently called him to build me a large metal storage garage. He came out and surveyed the site then worked up a plan for construction. In the meantime the lose of a family member caused us to have to re-think things, and I had to cancel the building. Chris was very understanding. If I decided later to do the building I know I can call him. Chris Johnson WILL answer his phone. He will keep appointments, and he will do everything possible to satisfy his customers, and you will like him.

The cosmetic appearance of the job is important, but what is more important is what you don’t see. You can trust Chris Johnson, who takes basic construction seriously, makes sure that it is sound and constructed with proper protective materials. The result has been better than the original construction. Chris Johnson fixes things to your satisfaction and even fixes things your eye doesn’t catch. He does the best that can be done. Another important point is a pleasant working relationship and Chris not only is he professional in knowing the business, is a really pleasant, down to earth guy who is easy to work with and easy to call upon. And he calls back!
After dealing with plenty of dodgy, dishonest and incapable builders, Chris Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did he finish my project on time, he just came back, almost a year later, to take care of some issues we had after things had settled. He even did that quickly! I highly recommend him. Honest builders who stand behind their work are not easy to find. He's a gem!
